Michelle Simmons Yoga (MSY):

Yoga means oneness. It is beneficial to establish and maintain oneness with mind, body and spirit. You will feel better feel better. Each session will help you to increase nervous system regulation, feel grounded, and increase feelings of peace and balance.

Yoga Leads to Liberation

As a result of traumatic life events, the parts that connect your brain and your body may have become disrupted. This can lead to your body to feel numb or shut down sometimes making it scary or challenging to feel. You may feel worthless or that your life is a shell of what you hoped it would be. You may feel overwhelmed with a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, numbing, or seemingly unexplainable body aches and pains. Thus, yoga is the practice that aims to join the mind, body and spirit. The ultimate goal of yoga is to achieve liberation.
